We Honor Veterans

Community Hospice of Victor Valley, a certified VA provider, is privileged to care for our nation’s veterans. CHVV is contracted with the VA and employs a full-time VA community liaison to facilitate communication between the VA and CHVV. This ensures that both agencies are successfully collaborating to ensure the best possible care for veteran patients from both the VA and CHVV.

Community Hospice of Victor Valley staff educates veterans on funeral benefits and offers support to veterans to navigate the VA system and maximize their veterans’ benefits. CHVV staff is also able to help place VA patients in long-term skilled nursing facilities when needed.
