Coping With Grief During the Holidays

The loss of a loved one is a devastating experience emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually. The holidays can be especially difficult. Regardless of your loss – past, present or anticipated – you are sure to find reassurance and comfort in this presentation.  Don and Toni are facilitators of a weekly bereavement support group sponsored by Inland Hospice Volunteers, a community program of VNA Hospice & Palliative Care of So California. They are trained bereavement facilitators who have experienced their own personal losses. While there is no simple solution to overcoming grief, Don and Toni share insights about how to cope during the holiday season.
