Community Private Duty Care

Private Duty care is available seven days a week to provide in-home assistance. Private Duty care can be arranged for a minimum of 3 hours and up to 24 hours per day and includes Certified Nursing Assistants / Certified Home Health Aides and Licensed Vocational Nurses.

Community Hospice of Victor Valley offers compassionate and qualified Private Duty caregivers who speak multiple languages in order to serve our diverse patients and communities.

We meet all guidelines for long-term care insurance and are contracted with Veterans Affairs and SCAN. We also accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards for payment.
