Hospice offers a unique approach to care at end-of-life led by a inter-disciplinary team. Services are provided by a physician, registered nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers all working together to provide support, education and excellent care. In addition, our hospice physicians are specialists in hospice and palliative care medicine and understand the treatment modalities for advanced diseases in order to achieve comfort and symptom control.
